In the 39 client, the Abyss (the end-game PvP zone) is not a ghost town. Flying is slow and precious. You need to use the "glide" mechanics efficiently to traverse the void between floating islands. Sieges require coordination of 100+ players, not small strike squads.
Let’s be transparent: You cannot download a full 3.9 client from NCSoft or Steam. They only offer the current live version (which is over 15.x now).
