Aiwa Firmware - Update
Errors happen. Here is how to recover from the most common issues.
Older Android-based Aiwa DAPs require manual "sideloading."
Step 1: Visit the official Aiwa support website (aiwa.eu or aiwa.co.jp depending on region).
Step 2: Download the .zip or .img firmware file to your computer.
Step 3: Extract the file and copy the .bin file to the root directory (not inside any folder) of your DAP’s microSD card.
Step 4: Disconnect the DAP from the computer and go to Settings > System > System Update.
Step 5: Tap "Local Update" and select the file.
Step 6: Wait for the Android recovery screen to flash. Do not press anything. aiwa firmware update
