Cause: Incomplete uninstaller.
Solution: Use the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter, or manually delete the language folder (C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2017\Languages\[Lang-Code]), then clean the registry using CCleaner (advanced users only).
