Bên cạnh đó, cốt truyện của Omniverse còn khai thác mảng đa vũ trụ rộng lớn hơn. Ben sẽ phải đối đầu với Khyber – một thợ săn ngoài hành tinh huyền thoại và Malware – một dạng máy tính có sự sống đột biến, kẻ thù đáng sợ nhất của bộ tộc Galvan.

Nếu bạn đang băn khoăn có nên tìm xem bộ phim này hay không, đây là 3 lý do thuyết phục:

1. Sự hài hước bậc thầy: Khác với Alien Force có tông màu trầm và nghiêm túc, Omniverse quay trở lại với phong cách hài hước, tếu táo của phần gốc. Những tình huống "lầy lội" của Ben khi xử lý tội phạm sẽ khiến bạn cười nghiêng ngả.

2. Nhân vật phản diện thông minh: Kẻ thù trong Omniverse không chỉ đơn thuần là quái vật. Villains như Dr. Psychobos hay Vilgax (bản nâng cấp) có những mưu đồ phức tạp, đòi hỏi Ben phải sử dụng cả trí thông minh lẫn sức mạnh.

3. Giá trị hoài niệm cho người lớn: Phim có rất nhiều tập hồi tưởng về quá khứ, giải thích cách Ben có được những alien đầu tiên, đi sâu vào lịch sử của giáo phái Plumbers, và thậm chí là sự trở lại của những gương mặt cũ như Grandpa Max.

Câu chuyện xoay quanh mối đe dọa từ Malware, một dạng sống máy móc mutant (Galvanic Mechamorph) độc ác, kẻ có khả năng hấp thụ công nghệ và âm mưu tiêu diệt quê hương của Master Azmuth. Song song đó, Ben phải đối mặt với Khyber, một thợ săn trả thưởng chuyên nghiệp sở hữu con chó săn (Predator) có khả năng biến hình thành những loài thú săn mồi của các alien của Ben (như Crabdozer, Slamworm).

Đáng sợ nhất là sự xuất hiện của Maltruant, một phiên bản biến thái của Ben từ chiều không gian khác ( Dimension 23), cùng với Dr. Psychobos. Họ hợp tác để đánh cắp nền văn minh Galvan.
