If you find the web interface too difficult to navigate in a foreign language, use the official TP-Link Tether mobile app.
Steps:

If your RO edition router has no language selection option at all (some deeply localized firmwares remove it), the only permanent solution is to flash an international/English firmware from TP-Link’s global website. Proceed with extreme caution.
Unlike v8 or v9, v11.x uses a newer flash layout (4 MB SPI flash, 32 MB RAM). Language files are stored in the squashfs or JFFS2 partition. If your current firmware doesn't support your preferred language, consider updating your router's firmware. TP-LINK periodically releases updates that can add new features, fix bugs, and sometimes add support for additional languages.
