Because EA Sports stopped making NCAA Basketball after NCAA Basketball 10, College Hoops 2K8 became the last officially licensed college hoops game. The servers for online play and roster sharing were shut down years ago, but the community at Operation Sports and NCAA Basketball 2K8 Reddit continues to create custom roster files using USB transfer tools and emulation (RPCS3, Xenia).
