The biggest roadblock: The Cadillac Escalade (SUV). To unlock the final car, you must actually enjoy (or endure) the SUV races.
Since you are on PC, you don’t need to cheat; you just need to replace a file. This is the most reliable method to get 100% of cars without hating your life. Most cars are tied to your progression on the World Map
Step 1: Download a "100% Save Game."
Search Google for NFSU2 100% save file or check community forums like NFSMods.xyz or GameFAQs. Look for one called "Garage Unlocked" or "Career Complete."
Step 2: Back up your old save.
Navigate to: Documents\Need for Speed Underground 2\
Rename your NFSU2SaveGame.sav to BACKUP.sav. The biggest roadblock: The Cadillac Escalade (SUV)
Step 3: Inject the new file. Paste the downloaded save file into that same folder. Make sure the name matches the original exactly.
