Once the download completes, the installer will automatically open. If it doesn't, you can find it in your Applications folder.
Press Return and enter your administrator password when prompted.
The process will take some time. Once it's completed, you'll have a bootable USB drive with macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 installer.
