USB power/cable issues: try another USB port (use back-panel ports on desktops), try a different quality USB cable.
Conflicting audio devices: set NVII as default audio device in Sound settings if needed.
Ensure your DJ software supports NVII and is configured to use it (audio/MIDI settings).
The Numark NVII is designed primarily for Serato DJ Pro. Simply installing the driver isn't enough; you must tell Serato to use it.
You should now see the Serato waveform data streaming to the NVII’s built-in screens. If the screens stay black, you missed the driver installation step. download numark nvii drivers for windows
