Better trick:
Set rate arrow (60) to speed. Then opposite any distance → read time; opposite any time → read distance.
Do this for one week. By day 7, you will not need to "think" about the mechanical steps. Why it matters: Legal VFR reserves (30 minutes)
Do 5 wind problems. If error >3° or >5 kt GS, redo without calculator – only E6B.
