Once you have successfully entered the GS-Cam activation code and the camera is online, follow these tips for optimal performance:

Most standalone GS-Cam units have a small white or silver sticker placed on the underside of the device. Look for a label marked "Activation Code," "Device ID," or "Security Key." It will usually start with "GS-" followed by a mix of letters and numbers. Enter Gs-Cam Activation Code

If you never view your camera remotely (only via direct Wi-Fi), turn off “Cloud Relay” in the app. This prevents anyone from brute-forcing your activation code over the internet. Once you have successfully entered the GS-Cam activation

Some GS-Cam units are region-locked. A camera bought in Europe may not activate on a North American server. This prevents anyone from brute-forcing your activation code

Fix: Change your app’s server region in Settings > General > Region. Set it to match the camera’s origin.
