    Femboy - Survival -demo 13 Preview- -2dniem-

As a preview build, there are some rough edges.

Absolutely—if you enjoy games that prioritize emotional risk as much as physical risk.

Femboy Survival isn’t trying to be Celeste or One Night, Hot Springs. It’s messier, weirder, and more personal. Demo 13 shows a developer who is listening to feedback while doubling down on what makes their vision unique: a world where being yourself is a quiet, daily act of courage—and sometimes, a glitchy survival horror in disguise. Femboy Survival -Demo 13 Preview- -2DNiem-

You can find Femboy Survival - Demo 13 Preview on 2DNiem’s Itch.io page (or Steam, if the page is live). Expect 1–2 hours of playtime, multiple endings based on your choices in the final three days, and at least one moment that will make you stare at the screen and whisper, “…oh.”

Have you played earlier demos of Femboy Survival? What do you hope 2DNiem adds before the full release? Let me know in the comments below. As a preview build, there are some rough edges

    Stay safe, stay sparkly. 🎀

Let’s rewind for the uninitiated. Femboy Survival isn’t a horror game (despite the name). Instead, it casts you as a young, gender-nonconforming protagonist navigating a semi-urban fantasy world where acceptance is a resource just as vital as food or sleep. Think Persona’s social links meet Don’t Starve’s resource management, wrapped in a distinct 2D anime aesthetic with 2DNiem’s signature soft lighting and expressive sprite work. You balance:

Fail at one, and the dominoes start falling quickly.

The opening of Demo 13 is strong. You wake up in "The Lobby," a glitched recreation of a 2000s-era anime forum. NPCs are avatars that freeze or glitch out. The writing avoids being preachy. Instead of long lectures, the horror shows you the stakes.

One memorable scene involves finding a "Broken Heel" item. Inspecting it triggers a flashback where Akira is laughed at by a group of strangers. The game doesn’t tell you to feel sad; it uses the survival mechanics to make you feel vulnerable.
