Flexi 10.5 is very old (released ~2012). It lacks modern OS support, 4K scaling, and new cutter drivers. If possible, consider upgrading to Flexi 12, 19, or 22 (now called Flexi 22). However, I must provide important clarification:

Right-click the installer (Setup_FlexiSIGN_Pro_10.5.x.exe) → Run as Administrator. This gives the installer rights to write to the Program Files directory.

During your FlexiSIGN Pro 10.5 install updated process, you will encounter two license types.

The installer will look for the Sentinel HASP USB dongle. Insert the dongle now if it isn't already in a USB 2.0 port (USB 3.0 ports sometimes cause detection lag with legacy dongles).
