Gorebox V1.15.1.6 May 2026
This update focuses on stability, bug fixes, and a few quality-of-life tweaks. While not a massive content drop, it makes the game run smoother on lower-end devices and fixes ragdoll glitches that plagued earlier versions. Explosions and dismemberment feel more consistent now.
The Flak Cannon’s explosion has a hidden physics impulse. Aim directly at your feet (while invincibility is toggled on) to launch your character model into the air. This creates a rocket-jump effect that is faster than the jetpack, useful for reaching high places in custom maps.
The new update introduces a subtle but critical rework of the Exotic Rifle. Previously considered underpowered, the v1.15.1.6 patch increases its projectile velocity by 15% and adds a new "penetration" value. Bullets can now pass through two thin walls or three consecutive ragdolls before stopping. GoreBox v1.15.1.6
Absolutely. If you have ever enjoyed the destructive freedom of Just Cause or the dark humor of Happy Wheels, GoreBox v1.15.1.6 represents the peak of mobile physics sandboxes. The addition of terrain editing and shrapnel mechanics breathes new life into a game that was already content-rich.
For newcomers, the learning curve is shallow. For veterans, the new meta surrounding bullet penetration and trap design offers dozens of hours of experimentation. This update focuses on stability, bug fixes, and
With the new mechanics in play, old strategies need updating. Here are three dominant tactics to use in this version:
Because GoreBox is available on multiple platforms, installation paths differ. The Flak Cannon’s explosion has a hidden physics impulse
For Android (Google Play Store):
For iOS (App Store): The iOS version typically lags 24-48 hours behind Android. As of this writing, v1.15.1.6 is live. Search for "GoreBox - Sandbox Physics Game" and update.
For Windows (Steam):
Using the new Stable Corpses toggle, build a funnel using concrete walls. Spawn 10 ragdolls at the top of a ramp and place a helicopter blade (spinning) at the bottom. Because bodies no longer bounce away, they will pile up on the blade, creating a continuous grinding sound and a mountain of gore. This was difficult to achieve in v1.15.0 due to bodies glitching through the walls.
