Problem: "Card Error" or camera freezes. Fix: You need a Class 10 (U1 or U3) microSD card. 720p cameras are picky. Format the card inside the camera menu.

Problem: Battery dies in 20 minutes. Fix: Cold weather kills battery life. Keep the camera in your pocket before use. Also, turn OFF Wi-Fi when not needed.

Problem: Video is blurry / out of focus. Fix: Most fixed-focus lenses are set to 1m to infinity. If everything is blurry, you may have a defective lens (common in clones). Hold the camera 3 feet away from the subject.
