Glyphs Guide: Heroes Evolved
You will find guides like this one scribbled on torn maps, tattooed on the inside of a gambler’s eyelid, encrypted in the chirps of a dying bird. Most are lies. The truth is:
Glyphs evolve when you stop trying to evolve them.
They watch. They wait for the moment you sacrifice a sure win for an honest loss, the instant you protect a stranger instead of striking the final blow. Then, quietly, they rewrite themselves—and you become the story heroes tell in whispers.
Go. Fail beautifully. The Glyphs are already changing.
The Glyph system in Heroes Evolved is a critical customization layer that provides permanent stat boosts and unique passive abilities to your heroes. Unlike items purchased during a match, Glyphs are set before the game begins and can provide a significant early-game advantage. Understanding Glyph Components
The system is divided into two main parts: Jewels (raw stats) and Glyphs (passive talents). 1. The Jewel System (Stat Boosts)
Jewels are slotted into your Glyph page to provide flat stat increases. They come in three colors, each corresponding to different attributes:
Red Jewels: Primarily offensive stats such as Attack Damage, Spell Power, and Life Steal.
Blue Jewels: Defensive and utility stats, including Armor, Magic Resist, and Mana Regeneration.
Green Jewels: Focused on mobility and specialized utility like Movement Speed and Cooldown Reduction. Upgrading Jewels: Jewels can be leveled up from level 1 to 5. heroes evolved glyphs guide
To upgrade a jewel, you typically need four jewels of the same level to merge into one higher-level jewel.
Higher-level jewels provide exponentially better stats, and as your account level increases, you unlock more slots to fill. 2. Glyph Talents (Passive Abilities)
Once you fill specific requirements or reach certain levels, you can activate powerful passive talents categorized by their impact on the game:
Devourer (Green/Red): Restores a percentage of mana or health upon killing minions, monsters, or heroes—essential for staying in lane without returning to base.
Back and Forth (Green): Reduces the cooldown of your teleport or allows you to teleport to allied units/creeps for better map presence.
Bounty Hunter (Blue): Grants extra gold for hero kills and assists, helping you reach your item power spikes faster. Recommended Glyph Builds by Role

For veteran players, the Mythical Elixir introduces new talents when a hero reaches Mythic +3 evolution:
Overprotection: Converts excess healing into a damage shield, useful for high-sustain brawlers. You will find guides like this one scribbled
Ghost Curse: Normal attacks mark enemies, increasing the damage they take by up to 45% after three marks.
Concentration: Provides a 30-50% chance to resist control effects (stuns, slows), which is vital for damage dealers against CC-heavy teams. Pro Tips for Glyph Management
Focus on One Page First: High-level level 5 jewels are expensive to craft. Build one versatile "all-around" page (e.g., Physical Damage/Armor/Speed) before branching out into specialized Mage or Tank pages.
Use Recommended Sets: The game provides recommended jewel setups for every hero. Use these as a baseline and tweak them based on your personal playstyle.
Check the Leaderboard: You can view the Glyph setups used by top-ranked players to see the current high-level meta.
Heroes: Lady Mongoose, Miron, etc. Goal: Burst potential and mana sustainability.
Mages rely on their abilities to dictate the lane.
