It is important to note that "J500Extreme" is often just a label pasted onto generic software called "Cooling Tech" or "Plugable Digital Viewer." If you lose the disk, you are better off downloading the "Cooling Tech" software or using free, open-source alternatives like oCam or OBS Studio, which often handle the video feed better than the native software. While the physical hardware offers decent magnification for the price, the software experience—specifically the "J500Extreme" PC client—leaves much to be desired. It gets the job done, but it feels like a time capsule from the early 2000s.
