The most common causes for error 0802 are: jungheinrich error code 0802
| Cause | Probability | Description | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | 1. Damaged sensor harness | High (60%) | Chafed, cut, or pinched wires between the motor junction box and the controller, often near the drive motor pivot point or under the floor plate. | | 2. Corroded connector pins | Medium (20%) | Oxidation or moisture ingress in the 6-pin or 12-pin Deutsch connector on the drive motor or controller. | | 3. Faulty temperature sensor | Medium (15%) | Internal failure of the thermistor inside the motor winding. Requires motor removal. | | 4. Controller output failure | Low (5%) | Internal damage to the 5V reference rail or input stage of the traction controller (e.g., ZAPI or Curtis). | Corroded connector pins | Medium (20%) | Oxidation
