L2 Interlude Best Solo Class Free -

You want to kill fast? You want to see big numbers? Play a Spellhowler.

Lineage 2: The Interlude is often hailed as the golden era of hardcore MMORPG gaming. It is brutal, unforgiving, and notoriously social—requiring parties for almost everything past Level 40. But what if you prefer silence? What if you have irregular playtimes, or simply don't want to share your adena?

You need a solo class.

In the free-to-play landscape of private servers (RPG-Club, L2Reborn, etc.), you cannot rely on boxing (dual-clienting) or swiping a credit card for gear. You need a class with self-sustain, mob-handling capability, and low dependency on buffs. l2 interlude best solo class free

After grinding thousands of hours on low-rate Interlude servers, here is the definitive ranking of the best solo classes for the free player.

Most solo classes rely on a boxed Prophet or Warcryer. Spellhowler has Empower, Shield, Wind Walk, and Acumen built-in. That’s your main buffs covered without a second window.

Why it is the best: Normally Tanks are bad at soloing because they do low damage. However, the Paladin is an exception because of "Banish Undead" (similar to the Bishop) and their superior defense. You can solo farm in areas like The Cemetery or Forest of the Dead easily. You will never die, but you will kill slowly compared to mages. You want to kill fast

The Dark Wizard is another popular choice for solo players, offering a range of powerful spells and area-of-effect (AoE) abilities. With a focus on magical damage, Dark Wizards can clear waves of mobs with ease, making solo progression a breeze.

If you choose the Spellhowler, here is your mantra for Interlude:

You will die to the first raid boss you sneeze at. You will get bullied in PvP by a dagger with a donate cloak. But while the donators are waiting for their "buff queues," you will be hitting level 76 in the Catacomb of the Witch with 50 million adena in your pocket from selling Sealed Armor. Final Tip: Don't chase the "best." On a free server, the best class is the one that doesn't require a credit card to clear a cave of monsters.

Go forth, Lone Wolf. Get that Interlude client running. And for god’s sake, buy a Staff of Miracle first.

Wait. A tank? Yes. In low-rate Interlude, the Shillien Knight is the undisputed king of the solo free player.

  • The Free-to-Play Angle: You do not need a clan for buffs. You do not need a healer box. You do not need top-tier weapons. A top-grade Shillien Knight in C-grade (Full Plate + Samurai Longsword) can farm B-grade areas like Forest of Mirrors or Devil’s Isle profitably.
  • Downside: Clear speed is "methodical." You kill one mob every 6-8 seconds. A Mage kills one mob every 3 seconds but drinks 10x the mana pots.
  • Note: Many will argue Dark Avenger (DA) has better self-heal (Panther Heal). The Panther dies too often. SK has no pet to manage.
