Even with careful planning, updates can fail. Here is the troubleshooting hierarchy:

There are two methods to update your Landxcape. Method A (Automatic) is the standard. Method B (USB/SD Card) is for models without Wi-Fi modules. Remove the safety key from the mower for 10 seconds
Older firmware would shut down the mower if the blade disc sensor detected moisture, thinking it was a collision. New firmware adjusts the sensitivity threshold, allowing the mower to run at 6 AM even with heavy morning dew.
The mower will beep twice and restart. This takes 60–90 seconds. Do not touch the mower or the STOP button during this phase.
