Important: You must disable Driver Signature Enforcement temporarily OR permanently install the driver with test signing mode. We recommend the permanent community-signed method.

A: In FFBTest.exe, increase "Constant Gain" to 150%. Do NOT exceed 200% – you can burn out the 20+ year-old power transistor. Also check that your power supply (the external brick) is outputting 12V – they degrade over decades. Testing:
