The ISO file for Visual FoxPro 9.0 Professional contains a copy of the installation media. To use it:
During installation, you'll be prompted to enter a product key. The product key is a 25-character code used to activate the software. Finding a valid product key can be difficult since purchasing new keys is not supported by Microsoft.

Your product key also allows you to legally distribute the VFP 9.0 runtime (VFP9R.DLL). This is critical for deploying your compiled apps to client machines.
The hard truth: Microsoft no longer sells or activates Visual FoxPro 9.0 licenses. However, that does not make abandonware legal to distribute.
