On your internal storage, create a folder named /neogeocd.
Place the BIOS file there. Neo.emu typically looks for neocd.bin (Top loader) or neocdz.bin (CDZ model).

Unlike standard console emulators, the Neo Geo CD requires the original system firmware. You need the Neo Geo CD BIOS (neocd.zip) . Google cannot link you directly, but search for "Neo Geo CD BIOS set" – you are looking for a file containing neocd.bin, neo-po.bin, and top-sp1.bin.
