As of the current OMSI 2 update (2.3.004 and beyond), the most reliable sources are:

Once you have downloaded the patched archive (don't extract the bus directly into the vehicles folder yet), follow this meticulous process:
The most stable patched version is often labeled "Otokar Kent Rebuild" or "V3 Final Patch." Check forums like Turkish OMSI Team (TOT) or OmsiTurk. These communities release private patches that fix the DLL conflicts.
Fix: You have duplicate .bus files. Go into Vehicles/Otokar_Kent/ and delete any file ending in .bak or .original.
Fix: Set your "Texture Memory" in OMSI settings to at least 2048 MB. The patched version uses high-res textures.
Navigate to OMSI 2/Vehicles/. Delete or rename your existing Otokar_Kent folder. Patching over an old broken version rarely works.
Load a simple map like "Grundorf." Select the Otokar Kent. If the bus loads without red error text and the engine starts, the patch worked.
