While many generic brands host drivers directly on their product pages, Orico’s support structure can sometimes be difficult to navigate.
Cause: CSR Harmony driver replaced the Windows Bluetooth stack, hiding the native toggle.
Fix: This is normal behavior. Use the CSR BlueTray icon in the system tray to manage Bluetooth. To revert to Windows stack, uninstall CSR Harmony and let Windows reinstall its generic driver.

Most kernels ≥5.0 have built-in support. If not working:
sudo apt install bluetooth bluez bluez-tools rfkill
sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth
For firmware issues:
sudo apt install firmware-b43-installer
If you’ve tried multiple drivers and nothing works, do a clean removal: Cause: CSR Harmony driver replaced the Windows Bluetooth
Cause: You’re trying to install a 32-bit driver on 64-bit Windows, or vice versa.
Fix: Ensure you download the correct version. ORICO packages usually include both x86 and x64 folders. Run the setup from the correct architecture.
Open Device Manager (Right-click Start button). Expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers" and "Bluetooth". Right-click any greyed out or error-flagged Bluetooth entries and select "Uninstall device". Also, check "Delete driver software for this device".
