The latest patch of Pokemon Resolute introduced Fakemon-lite forms (often called "Saiphian" forms). These are not in the original games.

These are considered "New Pokemon" by the community because they were added as a surprise in the v8.0 update.

Legendaries are mostly locked behind the Elite Four completion and the Sylon Region questline.

New data suggests that after obtaining the National Dex and defeating the 8th Gym Leader (Valerie), a hidden grotto accessible only via Rock Climb now spawns Cryogonal (level 48-52) during the night. Even rarer, reports confirm a 1% encounter rate for Snorunt holding a Dawn Stone—bypassing the old method of trading from Pokemon Ruby.
