Developed by AMD, this shader is the gold standard for fixing the "blurry GTA V" look. Unlike traditional sharpening (LumaSharpen), CAS only sharpens areas of high contrast, avoiding the grainy "crunchy" look.
Instead of guessing, use this configuration. Open your ReShade overlay (Home key), go to settings, and disable "Performance Mode." Then set these values manually for a balanced, non-blurry, medium-performance RP experience.

Leave OFF for gameplay (use only for screenshots): CinematicDOF, RTGI, Border, Chromatic Aberration.
