The primary reason for this incompatibility is the distribution model. Samsung Flow is currently distributed exclusively as a UWP (Universal Windows Platform) app. UWP apps are designed to run across Windows 10 devices (PCs, Tablets, Xbox, HoloLens) and cannot be executed on Windows 7, which only supports traditional Win32 executable files (.exe). samsung flow pc windows 7
