1. نبوت کا اعلان: 40 سال کی عمر میں غارِ حرا میں عبادت کے دوران پہلی وحی نازل ہوئی۔ قرآن کی پہلی آیت: "پڑھو اپنے رب کے نام سے جس نے پیدا کیا۔" (سورہ علق)۔ اس کے بعد آپ ﷺ نے خاندان اور قریبى رشتہ داروں کو دعوت دی۔
