The SPC373 includes a built-in thermo-hygrometer sensor. Once batteries are inserted, it will automatically display:
To toggle Celsius/Fahrenheit: Press the ▲ button once.
Note: If the temperature reads "HH.H" or "LL.L", the sensor is outside its operating range or damaged.

Once powered, the display is divided into four zones:

Signal Icon: A radio tower icon with waves.
DST Indicator: Shows “DST” when Daylight Saving Time is active.
Note: Manually setting time disables atomic sync until the next automatic search or manual re-sync. To toggle Celsius/Fahrenheit: Press the ▲ button once
Solution: You are in the wrong time zone. Press and hold SET until you reach the "ZONE" setting. Change from "P" to "E" if you live in New York.
The SPC373 listens for the WWVB signal from Colorado. This signal is extremely low frequency (60 kHz) and travels best at night.
