SURAT PERJANJIAN KOMITMEN FEE BATUBARA TERVERIFIKASI

Pasal 1: Verifikasi Independen (1) Para pihak sepakat menunjuk PT. Surveyor Indonesia Tbk sebagai Verifikator Independen. (2) Biaya verifikasi ditanggung bersama masing-masing 50%. (3) Surat Keterangan Verifikasi wajib terbit sebelum Komitmen Fee dibayarkan.

Pasal 2: Pembayaran Fee (1) Fee sebesar USD 5.000 (Lima Ribu Dolar AS) dibayar ke Rekening Bersama (Escrow) Notaris. (2) Dana akan dilepaskan ke Penjual setelah Verifikator mengonfirmasi kepemilikan saham yang sah.
