Symantec Endpoint Protection Unmanaged Client Download
Broadcom is shifting away from the legacy "SEP" branding toward the Symantec Agent (part of the Symantec Integrated Cyber Defense platform). In the new model, the "Unmanaged Client" is being rebranded as "Standalone Mode."
If you are deploying a new environment, look for the "Symantec Agent for Standalone Mode" rather than the legacy SEP Unmanaged Client. The features are similar, but the Agent supports modern OS (Windows 11, Server 2022) better.

If you have purchased licenses but don’t have a support contract, log into the Symantec Licensing Portal to find download links for the base installation packages.
Warning: No legitimate “free public download” exists. SEP Unmanaged Client requires a valid license. Downloading from torrents or unknown repositories violates licensing terms and endangers your infrastructure.
Step 1: Run the Installer
Right-click the SEP_Unmanaged_Client.exe and select Run as Administrator. Symantec Endpoint Protection Unmanaged Client Download
Step 2: Accept the License Agreement Read (or scroll through) the End User License Agreement. Check "I accept the terms."
Step 3: Choose Installation Type Select Unmanaged Client – this is critical. Do not select "Managed Client" unless you have a SEPM server.
Step 4: Installation Location
Leave the default (C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection) unless you have specific storage constraints.
Step 5: Configure LiveUpdate

Step 7: Begin Installation Click Install. The process takes 3-5 minutes. Do not interrupt.
Step 8: Initial Update After installation, open Symantec Endpoint Protection from the system tray. Click LiveUpdate immediately to fetch the latest virus definitions. The unmanaged client relies entirely on this manual or scheduled update mechanism.
Fontea not working with the current Photoshop version 2015.5.0 . If you click on a font you just get a error sign.
Was facing the same error, i got it to work, you must create a new document and have a text layer as the active layer for the plugin to load the fonts. The Fontea plugin is working perfectly now
how do you get this to work? I installed it, have the extension window open but can’t figure out how to apply a font. I select the text I want to change but if I click a web font I just get a beep. Are there instructions anywhere?
