To install these, simply replace the standard EBOOT.PBP with the modded version. No additional files needed.
The PSP lacks a second analog stick, but Tekken 3 was designed for the original PlayStation controller (no analog sticks required). Here’s the default mapping:

Select your output folder. Click “Convert.” PSX2PSP will generate a folder named SLUS00407 (or similar). Inside that folder is the EBOOT.PBP file.
Congratulations. You now have a portable Tekken 3.
