Accessing the portal is straightforward, but you must have your Smart Ration Card Number ready.
Step 1: Visit the official website: https://www.tnpds.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, select your preferred language (Tamil or English).
Step 3: Click on the "Login" button located on the top right corner.
Step 4: You will see two options:
- Login with Password
- Login with OTP
Step 5: Enter your registered Ration Card Number. The default password is often your registered mobile number or date of birth (varies by district; look for the "Forgot Password" link if needed). Most users prefer the OTP option.
Step 6: Click "Generate OTP." The code will be sent to the mobile number linked to the ration card.
Step 7: Enter the OTP and click "Login." The result
Note: If you are a first-time user, you may need to register using your card number and Aadhaar number.
