Process:

MiniOS is designed to run as a "Live" OS first. The installer icon is usually located on the desktop.

Launch the Installer: Double-click the icon.

Language Selection: Choose your preferred language (English, Russian, etc.) and click Continue.

The installer will launch a minimal version of Windows Setup (often using WinNTSetup or a custom script).

Format the partition (Quick Format is fine).

Set Active Flag: Mark the partition as "Active/Bootable" (required for legacy BIOS).

Updates: Windows Update is removed – no security patches after September 2017. Major security risk if connected to internet today.
