This new villain isn't messing around. Introducing Alpha ( voiced by veteran seiyuu Taniyama Kishou), the leader of a team called Protocol Omega. Unlike the oppressive tactics of the Fifth Sector, Protocol Omega has a chillingly simple goal: erase soccer entirely.

Alpha claims they have come from a future where soccer has become a threat to the universe’s stability. With a snap of his fingers, he demonstrates his power. One by one, the members of Raimon vanish—Riccardo, Victor, Jean-Pierre… all gone. The look of pure terror on Tenma’s face as his friends dissolve into particles of light is one of the most intense moments in the series so far.

Objective: Find three knights for Arthur’s team.

After recruiting, Arthur joins your party temporarily.

The episode opens on a deceptively peaceful note. We return to Raimon Junior High, where the newly crowned champions are enjoying their status. Arion Sherwind, still as energetic and optimistic as ever, is practicing his dribbling. Victor Blade (Kyousuke Tsurugi) is brooding in his usual corner, and Riccardo Di Rigore (Shindou Takuto) is meticulously planning the team's next strategy.

Everything seems perfect. The team is united. The sun is shining. There is no Fifth Sector, no Holy Emperor, no forced matches. For the first ten minutes of Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stone Cap 1, viewers are lulled into a sense of security. You might even think, "Is this just going to be a slice-of-life season?"

You would be wrong.

The peace is shattered not by a rival team, but by a temporal explosion. A shimmering, blue vortex tears open the sky above the Raimon soccer field. Before the players can react, a strange object crashes into the ground, carving a trench across the pitch. When the dust clears, standing in the center of the crater is a girl dressed in an archaic military uniform, holding a pocket watch that glows with unearthly light.

Her name is Fei Rune (Fei Lune).

Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stone Cap 1 introduces three major themes that will define the arc:

The episode ends with Tenma/Endou facing off against Alpha. It’s not a full match, but a brutal "Soccer Battle." Tenma unleashes a new Hisatsu technique that combines his speed with Endou’s spirit.

While they manage to push Alpha back temporarily, the message is clear: This war is only beginning. The rest of the team is still missing, and Alpha vows to return.

Try Mixi Maxing other players later (requires specific items found in time periods).

Objective: Talk to everyone to confirm soccer is gone.

After each conversation, you’ll confirm soccer has been erased from history.

Note: This covers the Nintendo 3DS game (Wildfire / Thunderflash). The anime episode 1 follows a similar plot but with gameplay differences.
