    The RSLogix Project Migrator is a free, standalone software utility developed by Rockwell Automation. Its primary function is to automatically convert legacy PLC projects (.RSS files from RSLogix 500 or .RSP files from RSLogix 5) into a modern Studio 5000 Logix Designer project (.ACD file).

    After you have successfully downloaded the migrator tool (usually as a .zip or .exe), follow these steps:

    No. It requires a valid Rockwell Software license (RSLogix 5000 or Studio 5000).
